Distance Sales Agreement

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the paid DecisionMind subscription plan the buyer selects (Basic, Pro, or a custom Enterprise plan). DecisionMind is a digital decision-analysis service delivered entirely online; plan contents and current prices are listed on the pricing page.

3. Price and Payment

For purchases from Türkiye the price is the Turkish lira amount shown at checkout, VAT included. Payment is collected by credit or debit card through the iyzico payment infrastructure at the start of each subscription period. DecisionMind does not store card numbers; card data is processed by the payment institution.

4. Delivery

The service is delivered electronically. The subscription becomes active on the buyer's account as soon as the payment is confirmed; nothing is shipped physically.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in an electronic environment. Performance of the subscription starts the moment it is activated, so no withdrawal right applies after activation.

Independently of the statutory withdrawal right, the seller grants a 14-day money-back guarantee on every payment (see the Delivery & Refund Policy). The buyer can also cancel the subscription at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal charge and access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Disputes

For disputes arising from this agreement, buyers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts of their place of residence or of the seller's registered office, within the monetary limits announced each year.

7. Entry into Force

This agreement is concluded when the buyer confirms the order electronically. A copy can be reached from this page at any time; the order confirmation is also sent to the buyer's e-mail address.
