HFPEA - Hesitant Fuzzy Preference Envelopment Analysis (DHFPEA / SHFPEA, Zhou-Chen-Xu-Meng 2018)
HFEA extension with ordinal attribute preference constraints - same score/deviation LP as HFEA but with additional weight ordering inequalities p_g ≥ p_t ≥ … ≥ p_m encoding the decision maker's stated preference order over criteria; produces preference-consistent efficiency rankings and improvement schedules.

Overview
HFPEA ranks alternatives consistently with the decision maker's stated attribute priorities. An alternative efficient in HFEA but not in HFPEA is efficient only when allowed to over-emphasise its strongest criterion - which the preference ordering prevents. The improvement schedules reflect the preference-adjusted targets, not raw distance to frontier.

Edge cases and pitfalls
Providing a full strict ordering over all n criteria may render the LP infeasible for small datasets - use partial ordering if needed.
Assuming the preference order is permanent: changing the ordering changes which alternatives are efficient and the improvement targets.
Confusing HFPEA improvement schedules with HFEA schedules - they differ because the LP feasible region is smaller under preference constraints.
