• •Criteria correctly partitioned into beneficial and non-beneficial
• •Non-beneficial criteria sums s_i^- > 0 (no zero denominators)

When not to use

• •Crisp data sufficient: use base COPRAS directly
• •All criteria are beneficial (TOPSIS-like methods preferred)
